Microsoft Outlook XP
Move your mouse pointer over the image and where it turns into a hand (generally an area with red marking) click the left mouse button to go to the next screen down
To open Outlook, double click on the icon on your desktop, on your Taskbar (next to the Start button) Or go to Start then Programs then Outlook |

![]() Select View or change existing e-mail accounts to check your email settings Click Next to continue |
![]() In the E-mail Accounts folder you should only have at least one account Remove any accounts you are not using with the Remove button If you do not have an account click on Add to add a new Mail account Click Change to check settings for your existing mail account |
![]() Type your Name as you would like it to appear on the e-mail you send Set your e-mail address to your unique username@YourDomain.com.au Set Incoming POP3 mail server to mail.YourDomain.com.au Set Outgoing SMTP mail server to mail.(usually your dia-up ISP's SMTP server) Set the User Name to your unique username Set your Password and tick Remember Password Click More Settings to continue |
